Our Installation Policy is broken into 2 sections: N&K Installation or Self (You) Installation.
N&K Professional Installation:
This is defined as, we not only cut and make the sign or product, we also install it for you. We take full responsibility of the installation and will work with you to ensure it is complete in a timely manner. We will provide any necessary equipment and/or safety equipment needed to complete installation. And pride ourselves in open communication throughout this process - we are very easy people to work with!
At N&K Custom Creations, we understand that some customers prefer to have their acrylic signs professionally installed by our skilled team. To ensure a seamless and satisfactory installation experience, we have established the following professional installation policy:
- Expert Installation: Our experienced installation team is well-trained and knowledgeable in handling acrylic products/signs. They possess the expertise and skills necessary to ensure a professional and secure installation, guaranteeing optimal results.
- Appointment Scheduling: Upon purchasing an acrylic product/sign installation service, we will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient installation appointment. We strive to be flexible and accommodate your preferred date and time to the best of our ability.
- Efficient and Timely Service: Our installation team is committed to providing efficient and timely service. We arrive punctually at the scheduled appointment time and work diligently to complete the installation within a reasonable timeframe, respecting your schedule and minimizing any disruptions.
- Professional Conduct: Our installation team conducts themselves with the utmost professionalism and respect while on your premises. They adhere to ethical practices, treating your property and belongings with care and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Quality Assurance: We take pride in delivering high-quality installations. - Warranty Coverage: In addition to our professional installation service, we provide warranty coverage on our installations. If any issues related to the installation arise within the first 30 days, our team will promptly assess and address the situation to ensure your complete satisfaction (additional charges may apply).

Self (You) Installation:
This is defined as; we provide you with the sign/product for you to install yourself. While we can provide everything that may be needed (double sided taped, templates/guides, instructions ect), depending on what the sign/product is, we aren't actually installing or setting up the product.
At N&K Custom Creations, we understand that some customers prefer to handle the installation process themselves. To ensure a successful and seamless experience, we have established the following self-installation policy:
- Comprehensive Instructions:Each acrylic sign purchase includes detailed, step-by-step installation instructions. These instructions are carefully crafted to guide you through the installation process, making it simple and straightforward.
- Clear Communication:Our team is available to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding the installation instructions. We are committed to providing prompt and helpful support to assist you throughout the process.
- Adequate Tools and Equipment: Before beginning the installation, please ensure that you have the necessary tools and equipment as outlined in the installation instructions. Having the right tools at your disposal will facilitate a smooth installation and ensure optimal results.
- Precautionary Measures: It is important to take precautionary measures during installation to protect yourself and the acrylic sign. This may include wearing gloves, using appropriate safety equipment, and working in a safe and well-lit environment.
- Responsibility for Installation: By choosing to proceed with self-installation, you accept responsibility for the proper installation of the acrylic product/sign. While we provide comprehensive instructions and support, any damage or issues that arise from self-installation will be completely the customer's responsibility.
- Quality Assurance: We take great care in manufacturing our acrylic products/signs to meet the highest standards of quality. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of self-installed signs. It is important to carefully follow the provided instructions to ensure the desired results.
- Warranty Coverage - VOID: We are unable to provide warranty coverage on any self installations. If any issues related to the installation arise, our team will assist you where possible to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, this may incur an additional cost.

Additional Notes:
Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.
